How often do you practice?

It depends on when and how often we play. Normally we practice twice a day: Once in the morning and once in the evening. On top of that we hit the gym twice a week.

Does your team have any rituals?

Some players do but personally, I’m not one of them. As a team, we always huddle up before every game.

How do you get motivated before a game?

In the huddle right before tip-off and also the team meeting before the game. This is where we get the final instructions from our coach and it’s also where you start to get excited for the game.

How do you celebrate a victory?

That depends on how important the victory was. It’s always nice to celebrate with your fans and we’re particularly fond of the “humba” song and dance.

What does owayo mean to you?

As sponsor and outfitter, owayo plays an important role for us as a team. Besides, we really enjoy playing in our Eisbären kits.

What do you like about your jerseys the most?

The jerseys are of really high quality. They are very comfortable and above all, they just look good. I especially like the design with our Eisbären logo and the redesigned backside.
